Arnaud Dobelle is an associate in the firm’s Finance practice, where he advises where he advises on complex financial transactions, including cross-border finance, fund and asset finance, and regulatory matters. As a French-qualified legal advisor, he has more than five years of experience in banking and finance, private equity, and litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Arnaud held roles in a global investment firm based in Luxembourg and in a leading Luxembourg law firm, where he gained extensive experience in private equity buyout structures and banking deals involving securitisation, fund finance, and aircraft finance. His background also includes litigation practice and academic experience as a lecturer in commercial law at Aix-Marseille University.
