Ashley Rose is counsel in the firm's Real Estate practice. Prior to joining the firm, she served as in-house counsel for a private real estate investment and development company, where she advised on a broad range of commercial real estate and financing transactions and provided strategic counsel on recommended strategies, deal flow, and negotiations. Her experience includes acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, development projects, preferred equity investments, debt facilities, refinancing transactions, and capital markets matters involving industrial, multifamily, office, net-leased, and land development assets. Ashley has extensive experience leading all aspects of complex real estate transactions, including underwriting, legal due diligence, title review, lease documentation, transaction structuring, and negotiation of contested matters, commercial leases, and financing documentation. She has also advised on debt facilities, equity raises, Delaware Statutory Trust structures, and 1031 exchange transactions.
