Ashley DiNardo is admitted to practice in New York. She is not currently admitted in New Jersey.
Ashley DiNardo is an associate in the firm’s Restructuring and Insolvency practice group. She has vast experience regarding bankruptcy. Ashley has supported clients and courts across a broad range of Chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 proceedings, and has attended various hearings, including emergency and first-day matters. She also is skilled in researching and writing bench memoranda on contested motions.
Prior to joining the firm, Ashley served as a judicial law clerk for the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. She also interned with the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey, where she drafted memoranda on a variety of bankruptcy matters, including in rem relief, stay violations, and claim objections.
