Ashley M. DiNardo

Ashley DiNardo is admitted to practice in New York. She is not currently admitted in New Jersey.

Ashley DiNardo is an associate in the firm’s Finance practice. 

Prior to joining the firm, Ashley served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Kyu Y. Paek of the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. In this role, she researched and prepared bench memoranda for emergency and first-day hearings in chapter 11 cases, as well as consumer bankruptcy matters. While attending Rutgers Law School, she interned for the Honorable Rosemary Gambardella of the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey, where she researched and drafted memoranda on a variety of bankruptcy matters, including in rem relief, stay violations, and claim objections. Ashley earned a Certificate in Corporate and Business Law and served as Managing Editor of the Rutgers Business Law Review.

Ashley gained experience as a summer associate with a New Jersey-based law firm, where she worked on bankruptcy and commercial matters. Her experience includes drafting opposition to a cross-motion related to automatic stay and dischargeability disputes, supporting counsel during a bankruptcy mediation that resulted in confirmation of a Chapter 13 plan, and preparing a motion for setoff on behalf of a creditor in a large Chapter 11 case.
