Ashley Seah is admitted to practice in New York. She is not currently admitted to practice in the District of Columbia. She is supervised by a member of the DC Bar.

Ashley Seah is an associate in the firm's Tax practice group. Her experience includes advising clients on a broad range of federal tax matters, with a particular focus on tax credits and incentives, energy transition projects, tax equity structures, and transactions involving renewable energy. Prior to joining the firm, Ashley served as a tax manager at a tax and accounting services firm, where she was a member of the credits and incentives team. In that role, she advised Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, utilities, manufacturers, renewable energy developers, and independent power producers on federal tax credits and incentives, credit transferability, tax equity investment structures, mergers and acquisitions due diligence, and Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) matters.

Before relocating to the United States, Ashley worked with a global professional services and accounting network operating in Malaysia, where she advised multinational and domestic clients. Her experience included preparing transfer pricing documentation, conducting benchmarking studies, assisting with tax audits and negotiations with tax authorities, and developing cost allocation methodologies for corporate groups across a variety of industries.
