Brandon A. Keaton

Brandon Keaton is an associate in the firm's Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety practice. Brandon regularly represents employers in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies in employment litigation, including claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour matters and other workplace dispute. He also has substantial experience handling restrictive covenant matters, including the enforcement and defense of non-compete, non-solicitation and confidentiality agreements critical to protecting his clients’ business interests.

In addition to litigation work, Brandon provides day-to-day counseling on a wide range of employment law issues, helping employers draft and revise employment policies, employment agreements and handbooks to ensure compliance with evolving federal, state and local requirements.

Prior to joining the firm, Brandon was an associate at a Dallas-based law firm where he focused his practice on employment law, commercial litigation, noncompete and trade secret disputes, and landlord-tenant conflicts. Through this role, he took and defended depositions, managed discovery disputes, and advocated in-court arguing motions including to compel, for summary judgment, consolidation, severance, and sanctions.

Brandon previously externed for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Irma Ramirez of the United States District court for the Northern District of Texas.
