Breyana Hammond is admitted to practice in Maryland. She is not currently admitted in Washington, DC.
Breyana Hammond is an associate in the firm’s Antitrust and Competition practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Breyana served as senior counsel and key legal business partner for an industrial and technology company working with its international trade compliance and human resources departments to provide counsel on export controls, employment regulations, policy development, and organizational risk. She also directed internal investigations into potential export compliance and ethics violations, assessed regulatory exposure, and drafted disclosures to federal agencies in alignment with ITAR and EAR requirements. Breyana has experience managing outside counsel, evaluating pleadings and motions, and coordinating cross-functional input for litigation matters.Breyana also partnered with senior lawyers on select government contracts issues, drafted requests for equitable adjustments and contract novations, and led negotiations and drafted select settlement agreements that aligned with organizational priorities.
