Brigitte Shaw is an associate and a member of the Asset Management and Investment Funds practice. Prior to joining the firm, Brigitte was an associate at a multinational law firm where she focused her practice primarily on assisting fund sponsors, private equity funds, credit funds, hedge funds, and other private funds with a diverse array of fundraising, formation, compliance, structuring, and regulatory matters. Brigitte has also assisted limited partner clients on their private market investments.
