Caroline C. Juntilla

Caroline Capili Juntilla is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate practice. She has experience regarding acquisitions, dispositions, ground leases, office and mixed-use developments, and data centers. Caroline has led the drafting and negotiation of sophisticated transaction documents with a strong focus on risk allocation, regulatory compliance, scalability, and alignment with long-term business and operational objectives of the clients. She has also directed due diligence and closing processes, coordinating with the finance, tax, construction, environmental, and corporate teams to ensure seamless execution, proactive risk mitigation, and timely delivery across high-value, multi-jurisdictional project.

Prior to joining the firm, Caroline was an associate at an international law firm where she focused her practice on real estate and land use matters, partnering with businesses and development stakeholders to structure and negotiate complex commercial real estate transactions. She also worked as a real estate associate at a national, full-service law firm where she drafted and negotiated purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, and related real estate transaction documents, aligning legal terms with business objectives while mitigating transactional risk.
