His practice focuses on intellectual property protection, enforcement, and strategy. His work encompasses patent law, design law, trademark law, utility models, and patent prosecution, opposition, invalidity, and infringement proceedings. He also advises on intellectual property due diligence in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and venture capital transactions.
