Ciera Phung-Marion is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Disputes practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Ciera clerked for Judge Erik Price of the Washington Court of Appeals, Division II, where she gained experience in appellate practice judicial decision-making on complex civil and criminal matters. While clerking she drafted opinions for a wide variety of cases including contract disputes, public records act requests, and employment law.
