Driss Rhmari Tlemcani is an associate in the firm's Finance practice. Prior to joining the firm, Driss was a legal counsel at a Saudi Arabia-based company where he focused his practice on trade finance and corporate transactions. He supported several PIF credit support agreements in connection with project financing and assisted on various vanilla corporate financings (RCF) and a secured financing supported by an export credit agency. He previously worked as an associate at multiple Paris-based law firms where he advised on multiple acquisition financing deals as well as supporting various financial institutions in structuring and drafting NAV and hybrid credit facilities for pan-European investment funds.
