Driss Rhmari Tlemcani

Prior to joining the firm, Driss served as a legal counsel at a wealth fund portfolio company in Saudi Arabia, where he advised on corporate and project transactions. He supported several credit support agreements in connection with project finance transactions and assisted on a variety of corporate financing and export credit financing matters. Additionally, Driss practiced as an associate with leading Paris-based law firms, where he advised lenders and borrowers on multiple acquisition finance transactions as well as supporting various financial institutions with structuring and drafting Net Asset Value (NAV) and hybrid credit facilities for Pan-European investment funds. He also advised European asset managers, payment services providers and crowdfunding operators on regulatory matters.

Driss volunteered with a French-based nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting emerging artists. In this role, he assisted young artists in negotiations with talent agents and venue operators, helping them structure performance arrangements, venue rental agreements and revenue-sharing terms. Through this work, he contributed to the professional development of local artists and the promotion of cultural initiatives.
