Elaine Kim is an associate in the firm’s Insurance Recovery and Counseling practice group. Elaine focuses her practice on complex legal matters involving bankruptcy and insurance coverage. Elaine has experience in researching issues arising under the Bankruptcy Code, adversary proceedings, and contested matters. She is also well versed in drafting bench memoranda, proposed opinions, and orders addressing motions to dismiss, stay relief, plan confirmation, and dischargeability issues.
