Ella joined K&L Gates as a seasonal clerk in 2021 and subsequently started in the graduate program in 2023. As a graduate, Ella rotated through the real estate, labour, employment, and workplace safety, and litigation and dispute resolution groups, where she gained exposure to matters for clients in various industries and sectors.
Prior to joining the firm, Ella worked as an assistant supervisor at a NSW legal centre.
