Emily Moll is an associate and member of the IP Procurement and Portfolio Management practice group. As a previous summer associate and law clerk with the firm, she gained experience drafting patent applications and responses to office actions, conducting patentability and freedom-to-operate searches for new inventions, researching patent litigation matters, and preparing discovery responses. Emily also has researched artificial intelligence legislation for clients.
