Fawad Rashid is an associate in the firm’s Finance practice. He has experience in advising clients on asset and aviation finance transactions, including negotiating and drafting complex leasing and financing agreements to ensure seamless financing, sale, purchase, and leasing of aircraft and engines. He is also well versed in negotiating the full suite of transaction documents and coordinating with local counsel to complete jurisdiction-specific registrations, as well as progressing transactions from documentation through closing.
