Advised a leading aircraft lessor, as seller and existing lessor, on the sale and novation of five aircraft.
Advised a Japanese lessor on the financing and purchase of a portfolio of six aircraft, including the novation of each lease.
Advised JP Lease Products & Services Co., Ltd. on the sale to Lesha Bank and novation of two Airbus A350 aircraft currently on lease to a Middle Eastern airline.
Advised Irish and Singaporean lessors on the novation and sale of two aircraft.
Acted for a lessor on the novation and refinancing of three helicopters.
Led the sale and lease novation of two aircraft to a Turkish airline.
Advised a lessor on the novation and sale of an aircraft on lease to a Canadian airline.

Refinancing and Lease Amendments

Acted for a lessor in the refinancing and leasing of four aircraft to a Colombian carrier.
Advised a lessor on the refinancing and lease amendment of an aircraft on lease to a Finnish airline.

New Deliveries and Structured Leasing

Led the leasing of three new aircraft to a Turkish airline.
Led the delivery of three new aircraft to a European lessee and sublessee.
Led the delivery and leasing of three new aircraft to FlyDubai.

Aircraft Leasing and Finance

Advised on the leasing and subleasing of four new Airbus A320-277N aircraft to a European airline as lessee/sublessor.
Advised on the financing of a private jet (borrower side).
