Gavin Wait is a partner in the firm’s Finance practice. Gavin focuses on representing lenders, servicers, borrowers, and other market participants in a wide range of real estate financing transactions involving commercial mortgage-backed securites and commercial real estate CLOs. He provides strategic counsel to servicers, lenders, and successor borrowers in complex defeasance transactions.

Gavin was previously a shareholder at a US-based law firm, where he focused his practice on real estate, real estate financing, and finance matters. He gained additional experience within his prior roles as counsel and associate at the firm.
