Gloria L. Weitz

Gloria Weitz is a patent technical specialist and member of the IP Procurement and Portfolio Management practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Gloria worked under Nobel Laureate F. Sherwood Rowland and Dr. Donald Blake. She served as a staff research associate at a university-based atmospheric and analytical chemistry research group, where her technical background encompasses atmospheric and analytical chemistry, trace gas analysis, emissions characterization, advanced gas chromatography instrumentation, and complex data analysis. Drawing on her extensive scientific research and technical operations experience, Gloria supports attorneys and clients in patent procurement and portfolio management matters. She brings over 20 years of experience supporting complex, deadline-driven environments requiring meticulous document control, procedural compliance, and confidentiality.

Gloria’s extensive experience as a research associate includes collaborating with and supporting a highly accomplished scientific community engaged in cutting-edge research. In this role, she also managed administrative documentation, recordkeeping, and deadline management, while coordinating international research initiatives, developing and maintaining project timelines, and complying with institutional policies.
