Gloria Tam is a senior associate in the corporate group focuses on private and public mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets transactions, corporate governance and commercial matters.
She has experience advising on private business acquisitions, sales and investments, equity investments, joint ventures and other corporate transactions across a range of industries, including technology, insurance, food and renewable energy (including wind and solar projects).
She also assists clients with compliance matters, including ASX Listing Rules, securities law and broader corporate governance requirements, and has exposure to funds management–related work.
Gloria provides practical legal advice throughout all stages of the deal cycle (from initial due diligence to deal completion) and also advises investors on Foreign Investment Regulatory Framework (FIRB) applications, Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) clearance processes and navigating broader regulatory and licensing requirements.
