Gregory Wan is a senior associate in the firm’s Finance practice. His experience includes representing clients across a range of asset financing and leasing transactions, drawing on experience spanning the aviation, maritime, and rail sectors. Prior to joining the firm, Gregory served as in-house legal counsel for a major UK rolling stock company, where he provided end-to-end legal support across the group’s passenger and freight fleets. His work encompassed leasing arrangements, manufacturing and technical projects, procurement matters, and a broad range of commercial contracts. In this role, he advised on a leasing bid for a new fleet of electric-mode trains and charging infrastructure, drafted and negotiated a maintenance and refurbishment agreement, and supported group financing, corporate governance, compliance, and information technology matters.
