Henry Wang

Henry Wang is a partner with 20 years of experience in advising top-tier domestic and multinational corporations, financial institutions, and private investors in the full range of corporate matters involving China. He focuses on structuring domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions, joint ventures and wholly foreign-owned entities, and licensing agreements and commercial contracts.

Since 2008, Henry has advised tier-one asset managers such as Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, PIMCO, Capital Group, Vanguard, Legg Mason, Aberdeen, Putnam, MFS, and Manulife on QFII, QDII, QDLP, JV fund management company, forming WFOE, and other market opportunities in China.

He has also been quoted in the same publication commenting on other regulatory trends affecting foreign investment in China. Henry served as a keynote speaker at the kick-off event of a major China-related business convention in California.
