Izzah Arshad

Izzah Arshad is a paralegal in the firm’s Construction and Infrastructure practice group, focusing on international arbitration and commercial litigation. She has extensive experience assisting on complex, cross-border disputes under the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) arbitration rules and proceedings before the Qatar Civil and Commercial Court (QICDRC).

Her practice includes matters arising out of large-scale infrastructure projects governed by FIDIC contracts, as well as various other types of commercial agreements across multiple jurisdictions.

Izzah also brings strong knowledge in legal technology and digital evidence management from her previous role working for a leading dispute technology provider.

With experience across a broad range of contentious matters, Izzah applies a proactive and analytical approach to each case, supporting the team from early case development through to hearings.

Prior to joining the firm, Izzah worked at a legal dispute technology provider, equipping her with strong knowledge in legal technology and digital evidence management. She also previously spent time with the disputes team of an international law firm in Qatar, gaining robust experience in large scale document review exercises, in depth legal research, and the preparation of key litigation and arbitration documents.

Alongside her contentious work, she has also independently supported clients on noncontentious matters, advising small and medium sized businesses on a wide range of commercial contracts and operational legal needs.

Having grown up in Qatar and later spending several years in the United Kingdom, Izzah offers a nuanced understanding of both the Middle Eastern and Qatari market while bringing a fresh, global perspective. Her international background allows her to navigate cross-border matters with cultural awareness, commercial insight, and an ability to bridge diverse legal environments.
