Represented a private equity‑backed, nationwide multifamily and commercial property services platform and certain of its affiliates, as borrowers, in connection with a senior secured credit facility in the aggregate principal amount of up to US$40.5 million, consisting of a US$22.5 million initial term loan, a US$15 million delayed draw term loan facility, and a US$3 million revolving credit facility.
