Jenny Liu is a Corporate partner in the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions practice group. Jenny advises startups, emerging companies, investors, and established businesses on their operations and investments in the United States and China. She represents public and private companies, financial institutions, private equity firms, and fund sponsors in a broad range of commercial and corporate transactions, including equity financings, loan and credit agreements, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, business formations, and the structuring of direct investments. She has significant experience advising clients in the technology, telecommunications, energy, medical device, education, and consumer services sectors.
