Juliana Micchia is an associate and a member of the Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions practice group. Previously, Juliana was a summer associate at the firm where she drafted ancillary documents and checklists for acquisitions. Through this role, she also integrated comments from various legal specialists into purchase agreements for M&A transactions and researched various legal questions on behalf of clients.
