Juliana “Jules” Micchia is an associate and a member of the Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions practice group. Previously, Jules was a summer associate at the firm where she drafted documents supporting pending transactions in the Mergers and Acquisitions group. Before joining the firm, Jules interned with the in‑house legal team of a major American producer of athletic footwear, apparel, and sports equipment, where she supported a range of commercial matters. During law school, Jules interned at a global sports and entertainment management company, where she assisted in drafting athlete sponsorship and licensing agreements. In her final year of law school, Jules earned the Jerry L. Wordsworth Fellowship in Entrepreneurship for her exemplary performance in the Startup NC Law Clinic.
