Kate Devlin is a senior associate in the firm’s Labour, Employment, and Workplace Safety practice. She has experience advising clients on the full spectrum of workplace law, including employment contracts, post-employment restraints, whistleblower compliance, senior executive arrangement under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), discrimination, bullying, harassment issues, incentives schemes, and managing injured and ill employees.
Her work also includes matters involving workplace investigation, workplace surveillance, independent contractors arrangements, restructures, redundancies, provides guidance on industrial relations, work health and safety obligation.
Kate works with a range of private and public clients across a variety of sectors including financial services, telecommunications and healthcare. During her career she has been involved in pro bono matters, including through the Homeless Persons Legal Service, Justice Connect and the Fair Work Commission Workplace Advice Service.
Kate's experience also includes working in-house on secondment with various clients.
