Kendahl W. Lee

Kendahl Lee is admitted to practice in Texas. She is not currently admitted in Washington.

Kendahl Lee is an associate and member of the Real Estate practice. Kendahl’s experience includes drafting loan documents and managing due diligence for real estate construction and term loans, assisting with the acquisition and disposition of developed and undeveloped properties, and preparing leases and lease amendments for a variety of real estate developments, including office and retail. She has also contributed to monitoring developments in real estate law and regulatory changes affecting transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Kendahl served as a real estate associate at a US-based law firm, where she prepared initial drafts of purchase and sale agreements, conducted title and survey reviews, drafted closing documents, and coordinated closing items in connection with real estate transactions. Earlier, as a summer associate, Kendahl researched and drafted memoranda regarding tenant trade fixtures, updated foreclosure procedures, and prepared materials addressing standard components of joint venture agreements. Kendahl also assisted lawyers with preparing corporate agreements and signature pages and communicating with county officials regarding platting requirements.
