Kyle Kennett is an associate in the firm's Mass Tort and Product Liability practice groups. His experience includes defending clients in complex product liability and mass tort litigation in state courts throughout New Jersey and New York. Prior to joining the firm, Kyle was an associate attorney with a New Jersey-based litigation firm where he gained experience managing fact investigations, developing case strategies, coordinating discovery, and handling depositions of plaintiffs and fact witnesses. He has drafted settlement anaylsis documents, dispositive motions, and motions in limine aimed at achieving favorable outcomes and mitigating client exposure. Additionally, he served as lead associate on approximately 75 cases and regularly collaborated with national coordinating counsel, clients, and experts while supervising junior attorneys.
