Leisa is a Senior Associate in the firm's Corporate practice group, advising on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate reorganisations and structuring, and governance matters. Dual- qualified in Australia and Canada, she brings a practice, cross-border perspective and has acted for clients across private equity, tourism, retail and consumer markets, technology, financial services, construction, aeronautical and mining sectors.
She is experienced acting across the full lifecycle of complex share and asset transactions, from due diligence and deal structuring through to negotiation, documentation and completion.
Leisa also reviews, advises on and negotiates a wide range of commercial contracts, helping clients manage risk and progress matters efficiently from drafting through to execution.
