Louise Bond

Louise Bond is a senior associate in International Arbitration and Commercial Disputes practice area, with experience guiding clients through complex international arbitrations, High Court, Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court litigation, as well as other forms of dispute resolution (including mediation and expert determination). 

Louise represents clients in high-value, cross-border disputes in a broad range of industries, including aviation, sport and gambling, manufacturing, logistics, life sciences, fine arts, construction, and energy and infrastructure. She frequently advises corporate clients on disputes arising out of arrangements such as share purchase agreements, joint-venture agreements, and shareholder agreements.
Louise draws on her breadth of experience to provide strategic advice and innovative solutions tailored to each client’s commercial objectives.

Louise takes an active role in the firm’s diversity, inclusion, and pro bono initiatives. She is a member of the Opportunity and Inclusion Committee in London and the firm's global Disability Inclusion Task Force. She regularly engages in pro bono work, including managing the London office’s long-standing partnership with the South West London Law Centre's legal advice clinic.

Louise studied History at the University of York, graduating with a first-class degree before converting to law. Prior to joining the firm, she spent several years as a paralegal, including at an international law firm. 

Louise completed her training contract with the firm, gaining valuable experience in key transactional areas to complement her Commercial Disputes practice.
