Mason Butner is an associate in the firm’s Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety practice. Drawing off his previous experience as a commercial litigator, Mason focuses his practice on employment litigation across a broad range of matters. Mason has represented employers in class and collective actions involving wage and hour claims and single-plaintiff matters, including those involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. In addition to his litigation practice, he also advises employers on general compliance with federal, state, and local labor and employment laws and other employment-related issues. Mason also advises clients on labor and employment-related matters arising from corporate transactions.
