Megan Davis is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Megan was a summer associate in the firm’s Houston office where she researched and wrote legal memorandums on issues in intellectual property cases. Megan also crafted arguments for a response to a USPTO Office Action, and attended various professional development sessions on topics such as writing and negotiation.
