Michael Messina is an associate in the firm’s Asset Management and Investment Funds practice. Prior to joining the firm, Michael advised asset managers, investors, pension funds, and more on a broad range of private investment fund matters, including fund formation, secondary transactions, and investor-side investments. His experience includes advising on the structuring and establishment of United Kingdom, Luxembourg, Guernsey, and Cayman fund structures; negotiating limited partnership agreements and side letters; and assisting investors with investments in open-ended and closed-ended funds. Michael also has experience advising on continuation fund transactions, transfers of limited partner interests, and most favored nation elections.
