Michael Lynch is an associate and a member of the Commercial Disputes practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Michael was an associate at a Newark-based law firm where he focused his practice on business litigation and environment and energy law. Through this role he prepared pleadings, motions, and discovery demands in a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including business disputes, breach of contract, construction disputes, securities matters, employment disputes, environmental matters, and post-judgment recovery. He also managed litigations from initial pleadings through settlement and conducted legal research on environmental law issues.
