Acted for a leading international construction and engineering contractor in a Riyadh-seated SCCA arbitration arising from measurement and payment claims under two subcontracts on a Saudi giga-project valued at more than SAR200 billion (US$53 billion).
Acted for subsidiaries of an international oilfield construction services company in a Perth-seated UNCITRAL arbitration concerning a US$1.9 billion dispute arising from the construction of an LNG loading jetty for one of the world’s largest LNG projects.
