Megan Luh is an associate in the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice group. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a corporate and litigation associate at a full-service law firm, where she drafted and negotiated commercial contracts in connection with complex mergers and acquisitions, including purchase agreements; conducted due diligence for multimillion-dollar acquisitions; advised clients on corporate governance and reorganizations; and counseled startup clients on fundraising transactions, equity capital raises, and incentive option programs.
