Megan Luh is an associate in the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice group. Megan focuses her practice on representing public and private companies in various matters including drafting contracts in connection with complex mergers and acquisitions; conducting due diligence for multimillion-dollar acquisitions, and advising clients on private equity transactions, corporate governance, debt and equity financing, corporate governance and reorganizations. She also counsels startup clients on fundraising transactions, equity capital raises, and incentive option programs.

Prior to joining the firm, Megan served as a corporate associate at a full-service law firm in Texas. In addition to her corporate practice, her experience includes serving as in-house intellectual property counsel to a semiconductor test and measurement equipment manufacturer, where she supported their intellectual property portfolio and advised on mergers and acquisitions, drafted and negotiated technology and licensing agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and global compliance matters.
