Nicholas A. Fromhold

Nicholas Fromhold is an associate and a member of the Commercial Disputes practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Nicholas was an associate at a New Jersey-based law firm where he focused his practice on complex commercial disputes in federal and state courts. Through this role Nicholas advised on cases involving shareholder disputes, dissolution, and breach of contract. He also has experience defending consumer class action lawsuits, borrower-side transactional work, and multidistrict federal litigation.

After graduating law school, Nicholas served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Lee A. Solomon of the Supreme Court of New Jersey and the Honorable Hany A. Mawla of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. Both clerkships exposed him to a wide array of issues facing businesses in the state.

Nicholas graduated with honors from the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where he also served as a lead editor of the Drexel Law Review.

Nicholas played NCAA Division III football while attending Rowan University.
