Patrick Knapp is a partner and member of the Mergers and Acquisitions practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Patrick served as executive vice president, general counsel, and secretary at a public company, where he managed all legal, risk, compliance, regulatory, HR, and insurance matters and led numerous M&A and public securities financing transactions.
In addition to his in-house leadership experience, Patrick brings a broad perspective on complex M&A transactions, corporate securities and board governance matters, and a range of commercial and financial transactions. His experience spans upstream, midstream, and downstream energy companies, infrastructure providers, and industrial development.
