Prior to joining the firm, Richard was a student trainee in the office of the executive staff at the US Securities and Exchange Commission, where he conducted in-depth research on regulatory policies and frameworks within the financial industry, with a focus on blockchain technology and cryptocurrency. Richard also assisted in drafting reports, presentations, and briefings specifically addressing regulatory challenges and opportunities arising from blockchain and cryptocurrency advancements.
