Rikako Yoshikawa is an associate and a member of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Rikako served as legal counsel for a manufacturer of confectionery in Japan. Through this role, Rikako drafted and reviewed contracts such as outsourcing agreements and service agreements, as well as provided legal consultation for business initiatives, coordinated with oversees subsidiaries, and more.
