Rizelène Ali-Moussa is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate practice. She advises French and international listed and private companies, real estate developers and financial institutions on complex French and cross-border real estate transactions.
Her experience spans share and asset deals, outsourcing arrangements, the structuring of partnerships and joint ventures, as well as construction and redevelopment projects (including BEFA, VEFA and CPI). She also assists clients with the ongoing management of their real estate portfolios, including leasing and property management matters, across a broad range of asset classes.
