Parker Havis is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate practice. Prior to joining the firm, Parker was an associate at a Wilmington-based law firm where he focused his practice on real estate, advising domestic and international clients on matters including financing, acquisitions, commercial leases, land use, and middle-market transactions. He drafted and reviewed transactional documents, including sale agreements, commercial leases, loan documents, declarations of restrictions, easements, and indemnity agreements.
