Parker Havis is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate practice. His practice includes real estate sales and acquisitions, financings, land use, and advising builders and developers on matters relating to the formation and governance of common interest ownership communities.
Parker has experience conducting due diligence and drafting and negotiating a wide array of transactional documents, including purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, loan documents, development agreements and instruments establishing common interest ownership regimes.
