Robert Dowling is an associate in the firm's Real Estate practice. Prior to this role, Robert was a summer associate in the firm’s Seattle office. Through this experience Robert drafted essential closing documents, including title and survey memoranda, to facilitate the execution of commercial real estate transactions. He also supported mergers and acquisitions by conducting comprehensive due diligence and prepared detailed lease abstracts.
