Ryan Pereira is an associate and member of the Antitrust, Competition, and Trade Regulation practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Ryan was an export compliance counsel at a global social media company where he focused his practice on advising the company’s business and operational units regarding procurement, repairs, replacements, and movements of advanced computing items. He also implemented and maintained internal control plans for compliance with export license conditions and procedures for the use of export license exceptions.
