Ryan Sedgley is a paralegal in the firm’s Finance practice. Prior to joining the firm, Ryan served as a legal intern at a public holding company located in Qatar where he was responsible for drafting and reviewing various legal documents for complex cross-border agreements in sectors such as joint ventures, commercial leases, construction, healthcare, facilities management, and hospitality.
Ryan also has previous experience with UK commercial law and mergers and acquisitions.
