Sally Langan is an associate in the firm's Commercial Disputes practice group.
Sally assists litigation teams representing clients in a broad range of complex commercial disputes in federal and state courts. Her practice includes breach of contract, construction, insurance, intellectual property, and antitrust matters.
Sally has experience representing companies through all stages of litigation. She regularly assists with dispositive motion practice, fact and expert discovery, depositions, trial preparation, and client counseling. Her representative experience includes construction litigation arising from a major Boston infrastructure project, trademark and false advertising disputes, insurance-related litigation, antitrust counseling and compliance matters, and complex commercial contract disputes.
Sally also maintains an active pro bono practice. She represents clients in immigration matters, including asylum proceedings, volunteers with the firm’s Cyber Civil Rights Legal Project representing victims of online abuse, and has assisted the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers with an attorney disciplinary investigation.
