Stephen Leptich is a member of the Intellectual Property practice. His practice focuses primarily on technology and intellectual property. He has experience both in-house and as outside counsel drafting and negotiating complex commercial hardware, software, licensing, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, development, roaming, and service agreements. Stephen previously served as vice president of legal affairs for a major telecommunications company where he negotiated complex and high value contracts, worked closely with business leaders to develop and launch customer facing products, and developed and implemented compliance programs.
Stephen has extensive experience and knowledge in the telecommunications, hardware, software, media, financial services, consumer electronics, and logistics industries. Additionally, he has experience in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, investments, responding to product recalls, and strategic legal assessment of innovative technologies.
