Stephen Leptich is a member of the Intellectual Property practice. Prior to joining the firm, Stephen served as an estate planning and probate lawyer. Previously, as vice president of legal affairs for a major telecommunications company, he gained experience in negotiating mergers and major contracts, divestiture of assets, and identifying and mitigating risk. Stephen has extensive experience in negotiating various complex commercial agreements, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency, including renegotiating commercial contracts with key vendors. Addtionally, he has led legal responses to international product recalls and recovery, as well as strategic legal assessment and analysis of potential products in data processing, blockchain, media streaming, and ad placement.
Stephen has experience and knowledge on guiding corporate strategy, handling crisis responses, and enabling innovative product launches. Addtionally, he has experience in collaborating with senior leadership and high-profile clients to negotiate complex and high-value agreements.
