Tai Jin

Tai Jin is a lawyer in the firm's Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety practice. 

His experience includes assisting corporate clients in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters across multiple courts and tribunals, including the Fair Work Commission, the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, the Federal Court of Australia, and the Supreme Court of Victoria.

He also advises clients on employment agreements, independent contractor arrangements, workplace disputes and investigations – including matters involving bullying, harassment and discrimination – on a confidential and legally privileged basis, as well as post-employment restraint obligations.

Tai joined the firm's graduate program in 2025, and completed rotations in the Asset & Corporate Finance, Commercial Litigation, and Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety groups. During his rotations, Tai gained experience across a broad range of matters for public and private sector clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Tai worked as a paralegal at a boutique law firm.
