Theresa Lee is a Corporate partner in the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice group. Theresa advises public and private companies, investors, and entrepreneurs on mergers and acquisitions, cross-border corporate reorganizations, venture capital financings, commercial transactions, and corporate governance matters. She has extensive experience helping clients execute complex domestic and international corporate reorganizations, including global integration initiatives, entity rationalizations, and strategic asset transfers.
Theresa regularly counsels emerging growth companies and their investors through key stages of the business lifecycle, including financings, secondary transactions, strategic investments, and liquidity events. Her clients span a broad range of industries, including e-commerce, artificial intelligence, fintech, digital health, life sciences, gaming, and energy.
Earlier in her career, Theresa completed a one-year secondment with a Fortune 100 technology company where she advised on strategic investments in early- and growth-stage companies. This experience gives her practical insight into the objectives of corporate venture investors and innovative growth companies.
