Theresa has a scientific background in the life sciences and advises clients in a range of technical fields, including biochemistry, biomedical analytics and laboratory technology, medical technology—particularly neurostimulation, endoscopy, and robot-assisted microsurgery—and pharmaceutical sciences.
Her practice focuses on patent and utility model law. She advises clients on freedom-to-operate (FTO) analyses, patent prosecution, and represents them in opposition proceedings before the European Patent Office (EPO). Her work also includes prior art searches.
