Dr. Theresa Schönhofer is an associate and member of the Intellectual Property Litigation practice group. Theresa has more than eight years of intellectual property experience focused on the Life Sciences and MedTech sectors. Her experience includes patent prosecution, EPO opposition and appeal proceedings, freedom-to-operate analyses, patentability and validity analyses, patent landscaping, IP strategy, licensing, and technology transfer. She has advised SMEs, universities, startups, and multinational companies on a broad range of intellectual property matters involving medical devices, pharmaceuticals, medical diagnostics, biomedical analytics, and additive manufacturing.
